Shipping Policy:
Normal processing time is 2-4 business days excluding nights, weekends and holidays.
Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $99, excluding Jewelry and Sunglasses. Please allow 3-14 business days for delivery.
Orders under $99, the shipping fee is $14.95.
Orders received after Noon (EST) may not be processed or shipped until the next business day. If an order is placed after Noon on Friday and through Sunday may not be processed and shipped until the next business day.
Personalized items will need extra time, please take that into consideration and add 3-5 business days to the processing and shipping time.
Holiday’s Observed:
Orders will not be processed, shipped or delivered on these days:
New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Yom Kippur, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
The following days may affect the processing and shipping times due to distributors and suppliers observing these days:
Lincoln’s Birthday, President’s Day, Washington’s Birthday, Ash Wednesday, Passover, Good Friday, Rosh Hashanah, Veteran’s Day, Hanukkah, and Christmas Eve.
In the event that an order is cancelled after an item has been shipped, but before the item has been delivered; the Customer will be charged for the actual shipping charges to AND any return shipping costs even if the order qualified for “FREE SHIPPING”. In some instances, the Customer may be responsible for a restocking fee.
Should you believe your package is lost or stolen by FedEx, UPS, and/or USPS; please double check your area (sometimes there are temporary drivers, and the item was most likely delivered but to the wrong area of your home or a neighbor's house nearby). Verify the address you provided to A Roese Boutique for shipping was accurate, including name, street number and name, city, and zip code. Contact the carrier that was provided on the tracking information and start a claim/investigation with them.
In the event that a package is lost, and you need a replacement sent to you, we will do our best to send a replacement to you. However, this may result in additional charges for the product and shipping.
